TERMS OF USE

Fee:

$499. per month (no contract, month-to-month, no minimum to buy). Price includes: 45 minutes of direct consulting twice (2x) a week and unlimited emails)

Commitment:

Contract is to be renewed each month, as needed, by the client. No purchase minimum time required.

Method of Payment:

Payments will be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted), check, money order, or certified check.  No cash accepted.

Policies and Procedures:

• Client pays consulting fees in advance, each month.
• Client calls consultant at the specified phone number, at the agreed upon time and date.
• Client pays for long distance charges.
• 24 hrs notice is required on all session cancellations.
• Client agrees to raise any concerns he/she may have about the consulting process and the consultant agrees to address all concerns openly and
  honestly.

Duration:

• Each consulting session is 45 minutes long; twice a week (approximately 8 – 10 calls per month, depending on length of month).
• Call schedule to be mutually agreed upon between client and consultant.
• Unlimited emails between phone calls; not all emails can be answered. (However, all emails will be read and addressed during the next scheduled 
  telephone conversation between client and consultant).

Conditions of Use:

• Consulting is not psychotherapy or counseling, and professional referrals will be given, if needed.
• Confidential consulting is a powerful alliance designed to help a client achieve specific, identified goals. Confidential consulting may address specific
  sensitive and personal areas, and/or general conditions in a client's life. Confidential consulting services may include brainstorming, identifying plans 
  of action, the asking of clarifying questions, and the making of empowering requests.
• Clients are to understand and agree that they are fully responsible for their well being during, after, and between consulting calls, and are responsible
   for any and all choices and decisions they make.
• Upon completion of the initial month, should the client and consultant agree, confidential consulting will continue on a month-to-month basis. Client
  may choose to discontinue consulting at any time.
• The confidential consultant promises the client that all information shared with the consultant will be kept strictly confidential.

Limitation of Liability:

I understand and agree that Anne Noble will not be liable to me or any third person for any damages or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, compensatory, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive, arising from or relating to my use of the confidential consulting service or my conduct or conduct of anyone else or my inability to use the service including without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, loss or corruption of data or programs, service, interruptions and procurement of substitute services, and/or any other damages resulting from use, communications or meetings with others or persons I meet or who are introduced to me even if Anne Noble knows or has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, I understand Anne Noble’s liability to me for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount I paid Anne Noble for the service.
